INGREDIENTS

For 2 servings

FOR THE PARFAIT

200 g plain Greek yogurt
35 g granola
80 g mixed berries — strawberries, raspberries & blueberries
½ small banana — about 50 g
10 g chia seeds
10 g almond butter
1 tsp honey — about 7 g

METHOD

1. Prepare the fruit
Wash the berries and slice the strawberries and banana.

2. Start the first layer
Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into a glass or bowl, then add half of the berries, banana and granola.

3. Build the parfait
Add the remaining Greek yogurt, followed by the rest of the fruit and granola.

4. Add the finishing touches
Sprinkle with chia seeds, drizzle over the almond butter and finish with the honey.

5. Serve
Enjoy immediately while the granola is still crunchy.
