FOR THE BOWL

150 g plain Greek yogurt
30 g granola
80 g mixed berries — strawberries, raspberries & blueberries
½ small banana — about 50 g
10 g chia seeds
10 g almond butter
1 tsp honey — about 7 g

METHOD

1. Prepare the base
Spoon the Greek yogurt into a breakfast bowl and smooth the surface.

2. Add the fruit
Slice the banana and strawberries if needed, then arrange the banana and mixed berries over the yogurt.

3. Add the crunch
Sprinkle the granola and chia seeds over the bowl.

4. Finish & serve
Drizzle with almond butter and honey. Serve immediately while the granola is still crunchy.
