INGREDIENTS

For 2 servings

FOR THE SMOOTHIE

150 g mixed berries — strawberries, raspberries & blueberries
½ banana — about 60 g
100 g plain Greek yogurt
30 g rolled oats
150 ml unsweetened almond milk
10 g chia seeds
1 tsp honey — about 7 g, optional
½ tsp vanilla extract
A few ice cubes

METHOD

1. Add the ingredients
Place the mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla and honey, if using, into a blender.

2. Blend until smooth
Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.

3. Adjust the texture
Add a few ice cubes and blend again. For a thinner smoothie, add a small splash of almond milk.

4. Serve
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the freshest flavour and creamiest texture.
