INGREDIENTS

For 2 servings

FOR THE SMOOTHIE

1 medium ripe banana — about 120 g
40 g rolled oats
120 g plain Greek yogurt
200 ml unsweetened almond milk
15 g natural almond butter
5 g chia seeds
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
A few ice cubes

METHOD

1. Add the ingredients
Add the banana, rolled oats, Greek yogurt, almond milk, almond butter, chia seeds, cinnamon and vanilla to a blender.

2. Blend until creamy
Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.

3. Adjust the texture
Add a few ice cubes and blend again. For a thinner smoothie, add a small splash of almond milk.

4. Taste & adjust
Taste and add a little extra cinnamon if you’d like a warmer flavour.

5. Serve
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
