WHY IT’S GOOD FOR YOU 🌿

Fibre from oats, chia and berries Rolled oats, chia seeds and berries contribute fibre as part of a varied and balanced diet.

Protein from Greek yogurt Greek yogurt adds protein to your breakfast, alongside the carbohydrates provided by oats and fruit.

Naturally sweet and fruity Berries and banana bring natural sweetness, colour and flavour, with just a little honey or maple syrup.

A convenient breakfast combination Oats, yogurt, fruit and chia seeds bring together carbohydrates, protein and fats in a breakfast you can prepare the night before.

NUTRU TIP 🌿

Prep once, wake up ready.
Prepare your overnight oats directly in a jar with a lid so they’re ready to grab in the morning. Keep a few fresh berries aside and add them just before eating for a fresher texture and pop of colour.
