INGREDIENTS

For 2 servings

FOR THE TOAST

2 slices wholegrain bread — about 80 g
30 g natural peanut butter
1 small banana — about 100 g
5 g chia seeds
5 g pumpkin seeds
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp honey — about 7 g, optional

METHOD

1. Toast the bread
Toast the wholegrain bread until golden and crisp.

2. Add the peanut butter
Spread the peanut butter evenly over the warm toast.

3. Add the banana
Slice the banana and arrange it over the peanut butter.

4. Finish & serve
Sprinkle with chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and cinnamon. Drizzle with honey if using and serve immediately.
